Cancellation/Prepay Policy
As a boutique spa our therapists are dedicated professionals who are invested in your wellness, and as a business we are responsible for their compensation. All spa reservations require prepayment for the full cost of the reserved treatment.
Tipping is not collected as a prepayment and we encourage you to tip your therapist at the time of service via cash or credit card at the register post treatment.
Not showing up for your reserved appointment time we fully retain all prepaid treatment costs. If cancelled within 24 hours a $99 cancellation fee will be retained and any remainder can be transferred to your next appointment.
All reschedules or cancellations prior to 24 hours before your reserved time are fully transferrable to a new reservation or refundable if not rescheduling.
